The NY Times just published the five most expensive listings in Brooklyn of which three are in Brooklyn Heights and one in DUMBO! Here they are:

$40 Million Mansion | Pierrepont Place | Brooklyn Heights: This 1857 Brooklyn Heights mansion with 17,500 square feet at 3 Pierrepont Place is listed for $40 million.  The building has been subdivided into eight apartments, to be delivered vacant.

$32 Million Condo | One Brooklyn Bridge Park | Brooklyn Heights: This penthouse with 11,000 square feet is on the 10th, 11th and 12th floors of One Brooklyn Bridge Park at Pier 5.
