Local pre-school teacher Will Brown is teaching outdoor Capoeira at Cadman Plaza for children 2 to 4 years old in August. It is a movement based martial art form designed to get children moving with each other through games and partnering exercises. Each class consists of a warm-up, stretch and large circle to end. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water, barefoot is optional and a snack will be provided. There are 4 sessions left for the month of August each $25 drop-in, the dates are August 19, 21, 26, 28 from 11:15 am to 12.15 pm. If interested please email [email protected].
