A teaser site is up for Brooklyn Point, a 68-story tower under construction at 138 Willoughby Street as part of the City Point Mall in Downtown Brooklyn. The building will feature 458 units including studios to 3 bedroom residences ranging from approximately $840,000 to over $4,000,000.
It will be home to the highest rooftop pool in the city, a 27-foot-long saltwater infinity pool. According to the website, One City Point Brooklyn will also feature a game room, wine room, pilates and yoga studio, pet spa, and many more amenities.
Sales will begin in spring 2018 and construction is expected to be completed by 2021.
