Washington Street Block Party “The Great DUMBO Drop” @ DUMBO – 9/28: The DUMBO BID, PS 307 and the Dock Street Middle School will throw a DUMBO block party with thousands of toy elephants in parachutes cascading from rooftops to raise money for DUMBO’s schools.
