Sales for luxury condos at the former Standish Arms Hotel in Brooklyn Heights have launched last fall. The 12-story building at 171 Columbia Heights will feature 31 condos with “elevated ceilings and wide windows, panoramic city vistas, from the Statue of Liberty in New York Harbor, to the East River and the Manhattan, Brooklyn and Williamsburg Bridges”.
Apartments range from one to five bedrooms, current availabilities on their website are one bedrooms starting at $1.26M and four bedrooms starting at $4.5M.
