Indoor soccer:
- Dodge YMCA: They offer weekly soccer classes for ages 3 to 6 years old at their Atlantic Avenue location. The Winter semester is sold out but the Spring semester has open spots which runs from 2/29 to 4/ 24 on Fridays at 3.30 pm. Dodge members generally have a one week pre-sign up window and also get a discount on all classes. Register here.
- Supper Soccer Stars: They offer winter classes at various locations in Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens and Downtown Brooklyn including Assumption Church on Cranberry Street, PS 29 and PS 261 for ages 2 to 5 years old. All locations and sign up here.
- Eastern Athletic: Soccer for 3 to 6 years on Tuesday afternoons at 43 Clark Street. The winter session is 16 weeks long and will run from Jan 26 to May 31. $420 for non-members, sign up over the phone or in person. More info here.
- Upper 90 on Atlantic Avenue: The soccer store Upper 90 at 359 Atlantic Avenue hosts Supper Soccer Stars classes for 2 to 12 years. Enroll for the winter semester here.
Outdoor soccer:
- Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy Spring Soccer League at Pier 5: Registration for the Spring Soccer Leagues in Brooklyn Bridge Park will open on February 1 at 10 am for 1st to 6th grade. The spring season will run for 10 weeks between March 5 and May 28 (start/end dates subject to change due to weather) on Saturdays and Wednesdays. The first half of the Saturday time slot will be comprised of drills, followed by games. Optional Wednesday afternoon practices will take place from 4 – 7 pm. Uniform shirts will be provided, but children must bring a ball and shin guards. There are only fall and spring sessions for the Youth League. $50 registration fee covers the full 10 game season. - ProSoccer Kids at Pier 5: Pro Soccer Kids offers soccer for children 2 to 5 years old in Brooklyn Bridge Park on Tuesday afternoons in Spring. April – May for $179. Book here.
- Soccer League at Mclaughlin Park: A small group of volunteer parents organize a youth soccer program with the New York Red Bulls Academy. The Academy provides coaches and training curriculum at educational rates for $126 per child /$86 per sibling. Sessions start April 9th and continue for 8 Saturday morning sessions.
