Joyce Szuflita, the founder of NYC school help, will be holding an information session on nursery schools in September. This talk is good for families who are starting the preschool search and are trying to figure out how to choose private preschools as well as independent schools (private schools that begin at three years and continue through middle school or high school). She will be talking about nursery school philosophies, timelines, age cutoffs, schedules, what to look for on a tour and what the schools are looking at, what you need to know to keep the search under control and in perspective and lots of Q&A.
Joyce’s talk will take place on Wednesday 9/10 from 7 to 9 pm, tickets cost $25 per person. Building Bridges preschool will do a free open house of their preschool program for 2- to 4-year old children the same evening prior to her talk from 5:45 to 6:45p.
