The investment company Virtu Financial has closed a $105 million deal with the Jehovah’s Witnesses purchasing 124 Columbia Heights, a 10-story dormitory building in Brooklyn Heights.

New to the market is their 107 Columbia Heights property — an 11-story residential building with a landscaped courtyard. According to the Commercial Observer, the building could go for more than $154 million and could be converted into luxury condos, rental apartments or a hotel.
