Cuts & Snaps is the new kids hair salon that has opened inside the barber shop “Barber on Pearl” at 57 Pearl Street in DUMBO. Kids haircuts are $22 and they are open Monday to Friday 8 am to 7 pm, Saturdays 9 to 6 pm and Sundays 10 to 5 pm.
