The Osprey Restaurant located at 60 Furman Street at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge will offer market-driven American comfort food, highlighting local seasonal ingredients.  Floor to ceiling windows, reclaimed wood and living walls wrap the dining room and bar. There will be outdoor seating in the future as well.

The Osprey will be serving mussels in gumbo broth, clam chowder, prime rib with horseradish and several meats spun on a rotisserie.

The restaurant opens on November 9th for dinner and plans to open for breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch next week. You can make a reservation online.
