DUMBO Heights has a new coffee shop, a breakfast taco place opened inside the Clark Street subway station, DUMBO got two more furniture stores and a JuicePress!
Bluestone Lane coffee shop is now open at 55 Prospect Street in DUMBO Heights. Additionally to their extensive coffee menu, their all-day menu is focused on seasonal, health-oriented offerings including brunch highlights such as Avocado Smash, Birther Muesli and Bacon Egg Roll, cold-pressed juices and more. Jalapa Jar well known by Smorgasburg-fans now serves their signature breakfast tacos inside the 2/3 Clark Street subway station from Monday to Friday 7 am to 7 pm. More information here.
Black Barn home interiors is now open at 20 John Street in DUMBO. Clients and designers can purchase found objects, art, and furniture, BLACKBARN-designed home products, as well as custom designed items. Store hours are Wednesday to Saturday 11 am to 6 pm, Sundays 12 to 6 pm.
The new West Elm flagship, the first tenant at the Empire Stores in DUMBO is now open! The new store is over 14,000 sq ft big and features reclaimed materials from the original building, gorgeous views of the river and the bridges, a Brooklyn Roasting Coffee bar, a Brooklyn gift section and much more.
JuicePress has opened inside the new Equinox on Front Street in DUMBO. They offer smoothies, salads, soups and more Monday to Thursday 7 am to 9 pm, Fridays 7 am to 8 pm and on weekends from 8 am to 7 pm.
Spirit Halloween will open a temporary shop at 133 Montague Street during the next weeks. They offer a big assortment of Halloween costumes for toddlers, children, adults and couples. Stay tuned for opening date.
