The new boxing studio ShadowBox at 55 Prospect Street in DUMBO Heights is open! Shadowbox combines fitness and boxing promising “Intense shadowboxing and guided heavy bag work, paired with high-energy music, elements of interval training and body weight exercises, for a grueling full body workout.” All classes are the same and run 45 minutes. Classes are offered in the mornings, around lunch time and in the evenings. First time clients pay $20 for a class in January. Classes cost around $35 depending on the package you buy.
