Affordable housing lottery launched for new Pier 6 tower

The lottery is open for affordable housing at 15 Bridge Park Drive in Brooklyn Bridge Park featuring studios to 3 bedroom apartments. The 15-story building has 100 affordable apartments and 40 market-rate ones which are not listed yet.

The affordable apartments are being offered at three different income brands: 80, 130, and 165 percent of the area median income. This can translate to annual incomes that range from $47,795 to $199,650, depending on the size of the family. Monthly rent for a studio starts at $1,394 and for a 3-bedroom at $2,075.

The building offers a partially attended lobby, full-time resident manager, rooftop sun terrace, fitness center and children’s playroom. Apply here, deadline is November 9th, 2018.
