The weekly outdoor movie screenings in Brooklyn Bridge Park at Pier 1 are kicking off Thursday, July 7th and will run every Thursday (weather permitting) until end of August. Doors for the lawn open at 6 pm, with entrances at the top of Harbor View Lawn and along Pier 1 Promenade, and the movie begins at sundown. Ahead of the film, guests can enjoy a DJ and food by Smorgasburg.

SHOWTIME in the Park,” a summer series of free films in Fort Greene Park and Prospect Park is also kicking off Thursday, July 7th. It all starts with four consecutive Thursday evenings beginning July 7 in Fort Greene Park. “SHOWTIME® in the Park” will offer nostalgic classics and feel-good fan favorites for all ages, including the 2021 Steven Spielberg remake of “West Side Story,” Spike Lee’s “Brooklyn,” “Selena” and “Clue.” Find out more here.
