Cafe Gitane on Mott Street in Nolita is finally expanding to Vinegar Hill, the interior has been set up. They are opening soon in the former Hillside Cafe space next to Vinegar Hill House on the corner of Water Street and Hudson Avenue. Check out their Mott Street menu here.
