11 Hoyt, a condo building under construction next to Macy’s in Downtown Brooklyn will feature 480 apartments and 55,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The 51-story condo will be divided into studio to four-bedroom residences with pricing estimated from the $600,000’s to over $4,000,000. Sales will launch in summer 2018, construction is estimated to be completed in mid 2020. The building will be zoned for PS 261 in Boerum Hill.
Work is also underway on the actual Macy’s building, which will get a 10-story office addition known as The Wheeler with 10,000+ SF landscaped rooftop terrace with food and beverage. Macy’s will continue to occupy the first four floors of the existing structure.
