DESCRIPTION:A day of one-day-retreat style day of support for moms in the early years to cultivate healing and community (when things have been less than perfect). Hosted by Haven Somatic Healing in Carroll Gardens, this event was curated by a new mom for new-ish moms aiming to help fill the gaps in support around the true pressures on moms/ birthing parents. Through talks, mini bodywork sessions, 1:1 consultations and small supportive groups, you’ll have space to better understand and tend to your experience with guidance from trauma-informed clinicians while building community of moms with similar experiences.
