First details about Alloy’s latest residential project located at 42 and 50 Jay Street called “168 Plymouth” have been unveiled. One of the last loft conversions in DUMBO, 168 Plymouth Street features two buildings connected by a private courtyard. The development consists of 46 homes including townhouses, 1 to 3 bedrooms and penthouses starting at around $1.5M.
Some interiors feature white-painted brick and exposed timber beams, while others have exposed concrete columns and ceilings with oversized daylight factory windows.
Building amenities will include a 24 hr doorman, lobby lounge, rooftop terrace and bike parking. Construction is starting this spring and sales are expected to launch this summer.
