A new website for the residential project at 85 Jay Street is up which features new imagery of the building amenities and 25,000 square-foot private park.
The development will offer 150,000-square-foot of amenities including one of the City’s largest private parks designed by the same designers who created Brooklyn Bridge Park, a rooftop pool deck with cabanas, co-working lounges and private dining rooms.
The building will feature 728 apartments, approx. 400 will be one- to four-bedroom condos, and over 300 will be rentals. The units will be spread out across two separate 21-story buildings. The buildings will be zoned for PS 307 in Vinegar Hill.
