Construction for another new residential building is about to start on the empty lot on Bridge Street on the corner of Water and Bridge street next to the Kirkman Lofts building. The lot has been sold earlier this year for $ 6.5 million to a joint venture of various developers including the developer of 133 Water Street. The residential building with 7 stories is supposed to be rental only and will be completed in 2015.
