Pilot, the seasonal oyster bar aboard the wooden schooner located at Pier 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park, will be open until end of October. They serve sustainably sourced oysters, ingredient driven seasonal plates, and nautically inspired cocktails and beverages. They are open – weather permitting – on weekdays from 3pm to 12am and on weekends from 11am to 12am. Reservations can be made online.
