A teaser website is up for the 85 Jay Street redevelopment called Front And York! The building will feature 728 apartments, approx. 400 will be one- to four-bedroom condos, and over 300 will be rentals. The units will be spread out across two separate 21-story buildings.
The mixed use development will have a private park on site, space for shops, a community facility, two swimming pools and 712 below-ground parking spaces.
The buildings will be zoned for PS 307 in Vinegar Hill.
