Two Trees has added 10,000-square-foot rooftop gardens to its Dumbo office buildings this summer including 45 Main Street, 55 Washington Street and 20 Jay Street. James Corner Field Operations, the lead designer of the High Line Park, executed the project for $4 million according to the Commercial Observer. Employees at all three locations will be able to use the rooftop spaces that include outdoor conference tables, picnic areas, benches and more. The rooftop at 20 Jay Street features a custom-designed screen for watching movies.
