A teaser website is up for the 11-story condominium building called 98 Front Street in DUMBO featuring 165 studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences ranging in size from 400 to over 2,000 square feet. Asking prices are expected to start at approximately $595,000.

The building with a previous address of 74-80 Adams Street is under construction where a single-story vehicle-repair garage was demolished.

Residences at 98 Front Street will feature 10-foot ceiling heights, white oak flooring, insulated sound-attenuated windows and a 24-7 doorman. 

Wellness-centered amenities at 98 Front Street include an indoor salt water pool, spa, steam room, indoor and outdoor fitness centers. Residents will also enjoy access to a 7,000-square-foot rooftop complete with BBQs, three outdoor kitchens, a bocce ball court and outdoor screening area; a resident’s lounge and coworking space. Bike storage, on-site parking (approx. 66 spaces) and resident storage units will also be available for a fee.

The developer plans to open a sales office at the building this coming spring. The environmentally friendly building anticipates LEED certification upon completion in spring 2020.

The building will be zoned for elementary school PS 307 in Vinegar Hill.
