Construction of the new building at 280 Cadman Plaza West which will be called One Clinton Brooklyn Heights is under way and scheduled to be finished in 2020.
A teaser website is up offering 133 one to five bedroom condos with a common rooftop terrace. Various news outlets have published an average apartment price of $3.6 million. The building is zoned for PS 8.
The building will also house the new three-story Brooklyn Heights library branch, along with two retail spaces and a 9,000-square-foot STEM lab operated by the Department of Education.
