CVS Pharmacy has nailed down a 12,350-square-foot space for a store at the base of the Front & York residential development in DUMBO. They are joining New York City’s largest location of Life Time Fitness that will feature an indoor pool and full size basketball court, Lazy Sundaes, a bubble tea and dessert shop as well as the coffee shop Devocion. All these tenants are scheduled to open this year.
In 2023, French bilingual daycare and preschool Petits Poussins will open a 3,952 square feet school in the complex. The center for ages 6 weeks to 5 years will have space for 60 students and 6 classrooms. The curriculum follows the French ecole maternelle guidelines combined with the New York State Early Childhood Educational standards with instruction 60% in French and 40% in English.
