Program Details: Designed for caregivers and babies ages newborn through new walkers, We Dance: Postpartum merges the rhythm and fun of dance class with a dancer’s understanding of how to move in physically healthy ways. It will focus on developing muscle groups to ease the strain of picking up babies, providing cues for maintaining healthy alignment through the spine, and self-care through dancing in community with others, all through fun activities set to musical accompaniment!
