Mark Morris Dance Center

Program Details: The Mark Morris Dance Center in Brooklyn’s Cultural District offers dance classes for all ages and abilities, including early childhood, children, teen, and adaptive programs. Classes cover ballet, hip-hop, jazz, modern, tap, West African dance, and more, with options for advanced students to join the Student Company. Program Details: Brooklyn Center Stage is founded and run by professional dancer and educator Heidi Flanagan. The Ephyras Youth Ensemble

Program Details: The Ephyras is a youth dance theatre program where kids explore identity and life experiences through movement, voice, and creative composition. Students learn technique in styles like ballet and modern while developing poetry, songwriting, and improvisation skills. Professional dancers mentor the participants, and much of the performance material is created by the students themselves.
