Aegir Skate Camp | DUMBO

Program: Aegir Skate Camps take place at Golconda Playground year-round during school breaks. We teach students ages 4 and up, beginners and intermediates alike, how to skate while creating an exciting, friendly, loose camp environment that emphasizes socializing, community, and, of course, fun. We offer a Half Day Camp (9am to noon), a Full Day Skate Camp for intermediate students (9am to 3pm), a Full Day Skate and Art camp for kids under 6 (9am to 3pm), and a Full Day Skate and Art camp for kids 6+ with our friends at DUMBO’s award-winning Creatively Wild Arts Studio. BASIS Independent Brooklyn Summer Camp | Downtown Brooklyn

Program: BASIS Independent Brooklyn Day Camp is a 9 week fun filled adventure, that puts the camper experience at the center of our activities and programming. Our weekly themes and field trips are a fundamental part of our camp structure and experience. Each week, campers will explore different topics through an array of activities, building confidence, new skills, and amazing friendships along the way. In addition, weekly field trips encourage campers to explore the local community, find new interests, and deepen their cultural understandings. All weeks of camp culminate in Special Event Fridays such as our camp-wide Carnival and Color Games field day competition.

Beam Camp | New Hampshire

Program: Beam Camp is an overnight summer program for campers aged 9-17, and of all genders and identities. Located in Strafford, New Hampshire, Beam Camp offers two summer sessions: one two weeks long and one four weeks long. During both of these sessions, Beam kids learn to make their ideas happen through fine and manual arts, technology, and collaboration. Every summer, campers work together on the spectacular Beam Project and engage with our full-time and visiting staff of professional architects, videographers, builders, engineers, designers, and makers of all kinds. Our campers learn the tools, techniques, and temperaments of creation to apply to their own plots, plans, and schemes, as well as swim, hike, play games, and enjoy 750 acres of mountain, forests, and lakes while transforming ideas into artifacts and personal achievement into community success.

Bouldering Project Summer Adventure Weeks | Gowanus

Program: Help your kids reach new heights! Our climbing programs teach kids skills like resilience, problem-solving, camaraderie, and calculated risk taking—all while tapping into their love of adventure. Summer Adventures are available to youth ages 5-12 and offer plenty of climbing challenges and social time, in addition to S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) activities, team-building exercises, and more. Adventure Weeks are a full week in duration, Mon-Fri, and run from 9 am-3:30 pm.

Brooklyn Music Factory | Gowanus

Program: This summer Brooklyn Music Factory is once again back in action for a unique–and totally rocking!–camp experience. At Brooklyn Music Factory’s summer camp, kids ages 4-11 join bands and spend their days writing songs, playing music games, and more in our fully equipped studios. In addition, campers enjoy free time at the park every day, getting lots of fresh air and physical activity. On Fridays, the bands perform their original songs for one another, and the performances are live-streamed and recorded to share with friends and family!

Program: Make it a summer of creativity and fun at Brooklyn Robot Foundry! Each day features robot-building, crafts, games, outside time, and more awesomeness! Led by amazing teachers, the Summer Circuits program is everything you and your kid are looking for this summer. Camp Jump In Brooklyn | Park Slope

Program: Awesome camp for Awesome kids. Program: In Child’s Play NY’s celebrated summer camps, kids escape into fantastic realms through great stories, creative movement, and games galore! Led by professional actors, they flex their imaginative muscles and learn theater skills that inspire self-confidence and community. CinemaKidz | Downtown Brooklyn

Program: Explore creativity, and discover new passions this summer at Camp CinemaKidz!  Dive into the creative world of film, animation, and media arts this summer.  Each week-long theme explores a unique, fun-filled topic where kids can learn, explore, collaborate, and create with their peers.  Create and star in your very own cooking show, become an illustrator and digital animator; design costumes, sets, and props in Art Direction, or try your hand at building and filming a Rube Goldberg machine – days are jam packed with activities, as well as fun outdoor games and water sports.  Get creative this summer and explore the world of media arts in a hands-on atmosphere!

Program: Nominated as the Best Art Camp in Brooklyn 2023 and 2024, our popular summer camp program is second to none and is designed for both kids (6-8) and teens (9+). Program: This camp is an opportunity to explore and learn the basic steps of different dance styles. Our goal is to develop a connection to dance, music, sports, and increase confidence in children. We will perform exercises for the proper development of the spine, feet, flexibility, and overall body posture. Mark Morris Dance Center Summer Camp | Fort Greene

Program: Spend your summer dancing, creating and performing in this well-rounded, multi-disciplinary, and fun summer dance camp. Each session combines the study of a variety of daily technique classes including ballet, modern, tap, hip-hop, and jazz with the exploration of other art forms including visual, theater, music, and stagecraft inspired by Mark Morris’ repertory. Classes feature live musical accompaniment. Sessions 1, 2 and 3 offer the same curriculum. Students may enroll in one or multiple sessions. Shibley Day Camp | Roslyn Heights, Long Island

Program: Each day children from Long Island, Manhattan, Queens & Brooklyn gather together in a beautiful setting in Northern Nassau County that feels like the Adirondack woods. We provide healthy outdoor activities that keep children active in our private and secure 20+ acre facility built 100% for camp!

Our program allows them to explore new and current interests, gain new skills and build confidence. Campers swim twice a day, including daily American Red Cross swim instruction in addition to participating in a balanced mix of athletics, arts, adventure and other special activities.

SKATEYOGI Summer Camp | Prospect Lefferts Gardens & Williamsburg 

Program: SKATEYOGI welcomes anyone from absolute beginners to experienced skaters in a fun, creative environment. We offer SKATEYOGI Summer Camp at both our Williamsburg and Prospect Lefferts Gardens locations. Both of these camps have a combination of indoor skating in our climate controlled beginner focused ramp spaces and daily excursions to nearby parks and field trips to skateparks around the city. We also offer a Little Kids Camp (Ages 5-7 • All levels) designed for younger aspiring skaters. Complimentary rental gear is included for all camps held on-site at SKATEYOGI locations. In addition, we offer an outdoor camp, Urban Shredders, in Downtown Brooklyn (Ages 9-15 • Intermediate+) that meets at Golconda Skatepark and goes on outdoor adventures all over NYC everyday.

Program: Soccer Legion’s summer camps are co-ed, for players ages 3-13, regardless of ability. The camp’s focus is on mastery of skills in a fun learning environment – camp is meant to be fun and provides a platform for young players to create memory making experiences while developing skills all summer long! Summer camp runs Monday to Friday, players have the option to do Mini Day Camp (ages 3-5), Half Day Camp or Full Day Camp (ages 6-13) – Single Day/Drop In options are available. Program: When school is out soccer is in! We’re kicking into the summer season with summer camps!

At Soccer Stars, we teach the FUNdamentals of soccer in a non-competitive & nurturing environment. Our age-specific curriculum is specially designed to develop skills, teach teamwork & build self-confidence in every child.

Sprout Brooklyn | Red Hook

Program: Sprout Brooklyn, located in Red Hook, is a Hebrew infused camp for children entering PreK through grade 5 (no Hebrew experience is necessary). Children from diverse Jewish backgrounds converge to shape a joyous and inclusive community. Program: At Daring Girls, our program for female-identifying campers entering 1st-7th grades, our campers explore nature, build confidence, and discover powerful historical women, mythological goddesses, and the heroine within. From the outside, Daring Girls are tumbling, sword-fighting, and building strange contraptions with wire and tubes (you know, girl stuff); but on the inside, our young women are learning to take risks, fail with grace, and never give up. We start each morning by meeting the goddess of the day and building themed activities based on her story (when Pandora came to visit, we all decorated our own box!). Every day our heroines will be sword training, tumbling, and experiencing Demeter’s Valley, a free-form hour during which campers can explore any game that interests them, including the ones they invent themselves. Each day also includes time for campers to pursue artistic activities such as tie-dye and craft-making, an hour in Circe’s Lab experimenting with the magic of science, and a bond-building teamwork event.
