FREE Brooklyn Bridge Building Workshops at City Point in June

Join Koko NYC, City Point and Brooklyn Bridge Parents in building the FIRST EVER gigantic Brooklyn Bridge from recycled materials in a free workshop series for children in Grades 2 to 5. Parents/caregivers can drop off their child(ren) for the duration of the workshop or help build. The free workshops will take place on Sunday, June 16 (Father’s Day) and Wednesday, June 19 (public schools closed).

Register here. PLEASE ONLY REGISTER IF YOU ARE COMMITTED TO JOINING THE WORKSHOP (each workshop is limited to 24 kids with teaching artists)!

At the end of the workshops, we plan to have built a 24 feet long Brooklyn Bridge from recyclables which will be displayed at the SHOW BROOKLYN SOME LOVE FEST on Saturday, June 22 at City Point.
