Program: Welcome to SUMMER @ BASIS Independent Brooklyn, home of the Brooklyn Bears! Our mission is to provide campers with an enriching camp experience, where they can learn new skills, meet new friends, and find new interests through engaging programming. Bouldering Project Brooklyn | Gowanus

Program: Summer Adventures activities are tailored to each age group and packed with plenty of climbing challenges, social time, S.T.E.A.M activities, yoga, team-building exercises, and more. Brooklyn Bridge Fencing Summer Camp | DUMBO

Program: Founded in 2010 by Olympian, Olympic Coach, and U.S. Fencing Hall of Fame Member Dan Kellner, BBFC is more than a fencing club—it’s a community committed to excellence. Program: Searching for a fun summer program for your 3-5 year old? Join Brooklyn Heights Synagogue Summer Camp from June 16 through August 1 for an exciting new adventure each week. Brooklyn Ninja Academy | Gowanus

Program: Monday–Friday Afternoons: Three hours each day consist of ninja warrior obstacle training, skills and techniques, strength training, games, ninja workshops plus professional ninja visits and interactions, and more ninja fun! Some days are intense training. Want to compete? Train all summer to prepare for World Ninja League season in the fall. Wednesday is Climbing Day! All ninjas will spend one hour at Movement Gowanus (formerly Cliffs) for a rock climbing and bouldering field trip. Rock climbers make great ninjas, and vice versa!

Brooklyn Robot Foundry

Program: Gear up for fun with Brooklyn Robot Foundry this summer! Your kid will love the exciting world of Brooklyn Robot Foundry, where art, imagination, silliness, and engineering come together in a dynamic, hands-on environment that sparks creativity and laughter! They’ll have a blast with crafts, games, outside time, and tons more awesomeness led by amazing teachers. Camp Maritime | Coney Island

Program: Camp Maritime is the only water sports camp in New York City, offering an exciting and unique experience for young adventurers. Our camp focuses on providing a fun environment while prioritizing safety above all else. Participants can learn a variety of water sports, including surfing, wakeboarding, fishing, windsurfing, kayaking, tubing, boogie boarding, and paddleboarding. Casa Lu Art Space Cooking and Art Summer Camps | Gowanus

Program: In Child’s Play NY’s celebrated summer camps, kids escape into fantastic realms through great stories, creative movement, and games galore! Led by professional actors, they flex their imaginative muscles and learn theater skills that inspire self-confidence and community. Whether solving a mythic mystery, helping a character through a scavenger hunt, having a dance-off, or rehearsing their play…joyful collaboration is at the center of it all. CinemaKidz | Park Slope, Downtown Brooklyn, Union Square, Upper West Side, Queens

Program: Tap into creativity and discover new passions this summer at Camp CinemaKidz, NYC’s hub for film, animation, and media arts for ages 5 to 15!  Kidz aren’t just campers, they’re authors, chefs, digital animators, filmmakers, actors in a kid-created world, and set designers in their own right. Write your own story, star in your very own cooking show, become an illustrator or digital animator; design costumes, sets, and props in Art Direction, or explore NYC with your production team, camera in hand – days are jam packed with activities, as well as fun outdoor games and water sports. With over 14 different week-long themes, your child is bound to have a fun-filled, creative summer with CinemaKidz! Hoops Camp | Fort Greene

Program: Join our Camp, where kids can enjoy basketball, chess, and strength and conditioning activities in a **state-of-the-art facility** built exclusively for youth basketball development. Players are grouped by age and skill level to ensure a fun and tailored experience. The camp offers flexible scheduling options, including early drop-offs and late pick-ups for added convenience. Music Summer Camp at KOKO Music | DUMBO

Program: We’re excited to kick off a super fun close-knit music summer camp for kids ages 4 to 7 this year again! At this camp, everyone will get to try out the ukulele or guitar, play the piano, and even write their own songs through interactive music activities and lessons. Understanding that each child has unique interests, we will provide at least one private lesson of 20 to 30 minutes weekly. If the weather’s nice, we’ll head outside to jam together too. Little Scholars Summer Camp | Brighton Beach, Marine Park, Bensonhurst, Ditmas Park

Park Slope Day Camp | Windsor Terrace, Park Slope, & Carroll Gardens

Program: The Park Slope Day Camp, now in its 34th year, provides Brooklyn families with a safe, nurturing, and unique day camp experience. Three locations are offered: outdoor activities with indoor facilities in Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, and Windsor Terrace. Penguin Coding Summer Coding & Robotics Camp | Park Slope

Program: Penguin Coding School’s unique curriculum emphasizes the joys of creation as the motivation for learning. The summer programs begin on June 23rd, where students get to make 3D prints, work with interactive science experiments, battle Lego robots, and learn how to code! Ages 6-12 are welcome, younger students can learn Minecraft and older students can choose between Roblox and Python. Penguin also offers a CIT program for students ages 13-15, where kids learn how to be a summer counselor!

SKATEYOGI Summer Camp | Prospect Lefferts Gardens & Williamsburg

Program: Discover the joy of skateboarding! SKATEYOGI welcomes anyone from absolute beginners to experienced skaters in a fun, creative environment. We offer SKATEYOGI Summer Camp (Ages 7-14 • All levels) at both our Williamsburg and Prospect Lefferts Gardens locations. Program: Our camps run from 9:00am to 3:00pm with a strong emphasis placed on fun, soccer competition, physical activity, and social interaction for all campers in attendance. The camps are primarily a soccer camp while also trying to incorporate as any other sports as possible. Program: Usdan Summer Camp for the Arts is a summer day camp program offering 50+ courses in the creative and performing arts, and classic summer camp activities for students in grades K-12. Young Judaea Sprout Brooklyn Day Camp | Red Hook

Brooklyn Magic Shop Summer Camp | Carroll Gardens

Program: Brooklyn Magic Shop’s Magic Summer Camp provides magic students with a fun and unique exploration of the magic arts through social and emotional learning. Aspiring magicians will build and foster their magic, artistic, and creative skills in a safe, friendly, positive, and inclusive environment. students will learn the importance of hand-eye coordination, movement, and performance, as well as prop-making that will all inspire character development, improvisation, and so much more! Students will also learn and apply tailored sleight-of-hand magic and deep dive into the foundations of card magic. Returning magicians will further enrich and grow their magic skills. Students will be able to confidently perform complete magic routines using all the concepts they have learned and practiced.
