WeWork, the fast-growing collaborative office space with 15 locations in New York City, is expanding into Brooklyn. They are planning on opening their 200,000 square feet facility in August in DUMBO Heights at 81 Prospect Street.
WeWork offers beautiful workspaces for teams of any size with flexible memberships for common workspaces as well as full-time memberships with dedicated desks in shared and private offices. Membership with unlimited weekday access to common spaces costs $350 per month which also includes business address with mail and package handling, free beer and coffee, access to conference room and more.
