The lovely little park adjacent to River Cafe is a public park we recently learned. It is entirely operated and maintained by the River Café and it is not part of Brooklyn Bridge Park. River Café is also not technically part of Brooklyn Bridge Park. You can enter the park section from the side or the River Cafe area.
