The parade assembles at St. John’s Place and Kingston Avenue at 9 am and moves to the Brooklyn Museum, where Youth Fest runs the same day with a youth costume parade, music and dance. Museum admission that day is $10 for adults and children over 12, and free for under-12s. wiadcacarnival.org
