Brooklyn Bridge Park
Waterfront Workouts in Brooklyn Bridge Park will run May through September. This summer, take your fitness routine outside and enjoy a workout with a view, with one of their free classes! From morning pilates by the water to high-energy bootcamps with a view, Brooklyn Bridge Park is the perfect place to get moving. Get ready to turn up the heat every Thursday night with the Summer Sunset Salsa Series, presented in partnership with Nieves Latin Dance Studio! Each week features a live DJ spinning salsa, bachata & Latin beats, and free dance lessons led by professional instructors from Nieves. This is part of Terminal 20: Summer on Track at Atlantic Terminal, their 20th anniversary celebration.

Fort Greene Park
Fort Greene Park is gearing up for a season of outdoor fitness and yoga in the park, and will kick things off on Saturday, May 3 with a free event in partnership with Chelsea Piers! Amp’d Class with Chelsea Piers Fitness

Hit the grass and push your body to new limits with Chelsea Pier’s Coach Declan Julien at the top of Fort Greene Park, right next to the monument! This free, high-intensity interval training class will challenge your body and boost your energy with a mix of bodyweight strength and cardio exercises. All levels are welcome to join. Please bring your own mat or towel, as those will not be provided, and be prepared with water, sunblock and anything you need to remain comfortable in the sun.

Shala Yoga in Fort Greene Park

Join Shala Yoga in Fort Greene Park on the Eastern Panel of the Monument! Shala Yoga offers a free vinyasa-style class, blending breath and movement to help stabilize the mind and strengthen and stretch the body. Classes are free, suitable for all levels, and on a first come first served basis. Please bring your own mat and a water bottle—weather permitting.

Prospect Park
Prospect Park Yoga | North Long Meadow

Brooklyn’s most beloved outdoor yoga series is back in Prospect Park! Brooklyn Flow and Prospect Park Alliance present free, outdoor yoga on the Long Meadow. Brooklyn’s finest yoga teachers lead free, outdoor group yoga classes in a low-pressure, beautiful environment. Yoga will be held on the North Long Meadow: enter the park at the Garfield St + Prospect Park West or Grand Army Plaza Entrance and walk to the meadow. All levels and experiences are welcome. Bring your own mat or towel, a bottle of water and friends. All levels are welcome.

Dance Fitness with Shape Up NYC | Prospect Park Boathouse

Join Prospect Park Alliance and Shape-up NYC for a fun-filled dance fitness zumba class at the Boathouse!
