According to Two Trees, Manhattan-based restaurant Westville will open its first Brooklyn outpost at Two Trees’ 81 Washington Street in the former Dish restaurant space.
Westville with four locations in Manhattan offers farm-to-table food stating “that if the freshest and highest quality ingredients are used, their preparation need not be fancy”. They serve traditional American eats in a casual environment.
