The Brooklyn Eagle just published an article about the City Landmarks Preservation Commission unanimously approving the plan to turn the Brooklyn Heights Cinema building into condos. The new owners’ proposed development will have five floors with five apartments being 50 feet tall — the maximum height allowed in the area.
