The new lounge Brooklyn Heights Social Club atop 1 Hotel in Brooklyn Bridge Park is now open daily from 5 pm. Wine by the glass starts at $17 and cocktails start at $18. Small bites include market vegetables for $14, antipasti bowl for $14 and chicken liver spread for $24.
