Cooking summer camp in Brooklyn Heights with Food Art for Kids (sponsored)

What happens when a cup of flour meets an egg? Pasta happens! Kids 5 to 11 are invited to experience first hand how everyday foods are made, from scratch, using simple ingredients. From market to plate, campers will explore the process of making food and eating it too. No recipe is too easy or too complicated to try. And believe or not, even the most picky eater will have a taste of their own creation.

Summer camp is held at First Unitarian Congregational Society located on 121 Pierrepont Street in Brooklyn Heights. You may sign up for a week or more; daily registration may be available in some weeks. For a detailed description of the program, along with some cool pictures and recipes, please log on to the website. Contact [email protected] for more information.
