The 40th Macy’s Fourth of July fireworks will take place over the East River again this year. The show which will start at 9:25 pm on Monday, July 4 and will once again be shot off from four barges on the water located between 23rd and 37th streets in Midtown and another below the Brooklyn Bridge near South Street Seaport.
