The Brooklyn Historical Society’s Teen Council is hosting a teen night on Saturday May 21st including free food, art, performances and a screening of “Do The Right Thing”. Families are welcome from 2-5pm.
2-5pm: Drop in sidewalk chalking, scavenger hunt and mural painting, and a street art show (families welcome)
5-6:30pm: Street performance showcase
7-9pm: “Do the Right Thing” screening, a movie about street culture and a changing Brooklyn
It will take place at 128 Pierrepont Street in Brooklyn Heights. This event was designed and planned for teens, by teens. More info here.
