Very quietly Friend of a Farmer opened its doors at 76 Montague Street in the former Design Within Reach space. It is the restaurant’s 2nd location aside from its Gramercy Park location in Manhattan. The Brooklyn Heights restaurant with working fire places will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
Brunch menu includes farmer’s market omelette, crab cake Benedict and old fashion Pumpkin pancakes.
Lunch menu includes down home mac & cheese, grass-fed barn burger, chicken pot pie and more. For dinner they offer duck duet, deep fried rabbit, lamb meatballs and more.
Reservations for dinner only can be made here! Strollers need to be parked outside the restaurant.
