An ice skating rink is returning to Brooklyn Bridge Park this winter with the same spectacular views, but much more affordable tickets than last year: $10 for all ages, at all times. Roebling Rink will open for the season from November 25 to February 2 at Emily Warren Roebling Plaza. $7 skate rentals, $3 helmets, and $5 skate buddies. Tickets are on sale here. They offer two free sessions for Brooklyn residents on Sundays from 10 to 11 AM and Mondays from 5 to 6 PM. Tickets for the free sessions are first-come, first-served and must be booked in person with a valid Brooklyn address on your ID. Opening hours will be Monday to Thursday from 2 to 9 pm and Friday to Sunday from 10 am to 10 pm.
This will be the ice rink’s second year beneath the Brooklyn Bridge, after an inaugural season as Glide at Brooklyn Bridge Park. The new operator is The Experiential Group, who were responsible for “The Hill in New York” Wimbledon watch party in Brooklyn Bridge Park this summer.
