NINJA WARRIOR TRAINING SUMMER SESSIONS KIDS 6 – 13: Three hours each day will consist of specialized training, obstacle clinics, skills and strength training, games, ninja workshops plus professional ninja visits and interactions, and more ninja fun! Once a week we go rock climbing at Movement Gowanus.
