Located in the Empire Stores off Brooklyn Bridge Park, DUMBO House is scheduled to open this summer and will have a restaurant, club bar, library, an outdoor terrace and rooftop with a pool. Local House membership for DUMBO is $2,100 annually. There is a one-time registration fee of $500 for adult and $300 for U27 applications. A sales tax of 8.875% will be added to the membership fee.
