amNewYork used data from StreetEasty and looked at the most expensive blocks in each borough. The data is from blocks with at least 10 sales since 2005. It turns out that Garden Place between Joralemon Street and State Street is the most expensive block of Brooklyn. The median sales price for the block is $4.03 million.
