Yoga Vida, the NYC yoga studio founded by Alec Baldwin’s wife Hilaria Baldwin, signed a deal for 5,500 square feet of retail space at 55 Prospect Street in DUMBO Heights. Yoga Vida is joining ShadowBox and Row House NYC to open locations in DUMBO Heights soon.
Glaze Teriyaki, a Seattle-style teriyaki eatery offering teriyaki plates and salads, has signed a lease at 117 Adams Street. The restaurant is joining Randolph Beer which is supposed to open a 6,000-square-foot beer hall, Dig Inn, Untamed Sandwiches, and Bluestone Lane.
