Butler bake shop and Espresso bar will open a 1200 sq ft bakery at 60 Water Street in DUMBO this summer. They currently have a location in Williamsburg. For breakfast they will offer petite French toast, breakfast empanada, Ricotta toast and more. The lunch menu will feature items such as mushroom tartine, sausage roll and kale salad. For bread lovers they are introducing a European style Sour Dough with whole organic wheat baked on the pan with a thick crust. They will also offer baking classes in DUMBO.
Hours will be 7 am to 5 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 5 pm on weekends. Stay tuned for the exact opening date.
