NYC Housing Connect will hold an affordable housing lottery for 38 of the 121 units at the newly opening 200 Montague Street. These units are reserved for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income. The lottery is open until April 3rd. More details are available here. 1-bedroom units are around $2,800 per month while Market rate 1-bedroom units in the building cost around $4,200 per month. 2-bedroom units in the affordable housing section cost $3,400 and 3-bedroom units are $3,900. The building features various amenities including bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, gym with yoga and dance studio, children’s playroom, green space and a rooftop terrace. The building is zoned for PS 8 in Brooklyn Heights.
