DUMBO continues to be listed in the top ten priciest neighborhoods in NYC coming in at #9, surpassed by Red Hook and Cobble Hill in 2022. According to Property Shark in Quarter 4, 2022, the median home sale price in DUMBO was $1.8M while $769k in Brooklyn overall, a 3% change year-over-year.  In Quarter 4, the median price per square foot in DUMBO was $1,576, a -2% YoY change.

Closings have commenced at Olympia DUMBO, the record selling building on Front Street in the shape of a maritime sail and “building of the year 2022”. Olympia Dumbo includes 76 condos that range from one to five-plus bedrooms, many with full-width terraces. Amenities include an indoor and an outdoor pool, outdoor tennis court, a gym with a sauna and steam room, a movement studio, bowling alley, spin studio, and juice bar for residents as well as an indoor playroom, outdoor shipwreck-themed playground, waterpark for children and private parking. Exterior work is progressing on 69 Adams Street, a 26-story mixed-use building on Front and Adams Street. The 280-foot-tall structure will yield 225 rental units in studio to two-bedroom, as well as 60 feet of retail frontage, a 25-foot-long rear yard, offices and 61 parking spaces.

Building amenities of 69 Adams Street according to the website of the architects will be 24-hour concierge attended lobby, furnished roof deck, fitness center, lounge and gaming room. The building is expected to be finished in the summer of 2024. Find out more here.

Construction has reached the halfway point on 29 Jay Street, an 11-story commercial building close to the Brooklyn Bridge Park entrance on Jay Street. The building is expected to be finished in the fall of 2023. Find out more here.
